Outside of work, Eric is a lifelong endurance athlete and event organizer, bringing the same discipline and grit to business that he learned from the ultramarathon world. He has shared his story on endurance, resilience, and business growth as a speaker and mentor, inspiring individuals to apply the lessons of long-distance running to long-term success.
